Jayden, born and raised here in Vernon, is certified in FCAMPT Level 2 advanced manual therapy and Mulligan Mobilizations with Movement. She is trained in dry needling for both Acupuncture and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). Previously having worked as a kinesiologist, she's accumulated extensive experience using exercise therapy to treat physical impairments. Jayden uses an integrated strategy of hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription in her treatment.
 

Additionally, Jayden is trained in advanced vestibular rehabilitation. This means she can help to assess and treat your vertigo symptoms.
